Inexperienced and Rude
This salon is full of junior stylist with no labels. I received black extensions and my hair was dyed a level 5 when I asked for a level 4. Along with having a horrible color combination the stylist did not listen to me when I advised my extensions were starting to turn to dread locks at the roots, which is a sign that they need to come out regardless of how long they have been in. I have fine hair and they honestly shouldn't have been recommended to me someone with experience would know that. I also have shorter hair and a simple Google search will show you that you need at least 200 pieces of hair for it to look nice she only gave me 100 to begin with and was offended that I was not happy with 100. The owner was the one who styled my hair so if this is what you receive from the owner imagine the other girls inexperience. Stay away from this place if you want someone with knowledge and will treat you and your hair with respect.
