I came to work 6 months ago to assist with recovery after a bad experience with a "buy traffic" discounted group-coupon. The discounted company oversold their 2nd contract with Bella Derma by 400+... clients and nearly put this business under, as it has many others. The first contract went great! Unfortunately, the customer service suffered during 2012 with one nurse trying to accommodate 6 appointments times for each of the 500 new clients (plus service current clients). We appreciates each and every client, group-coupon, or not. I will say she went above and beyond what any other business owner would have done....working over 80 hours a week to follow through with the services that were discounted below the cost of operation. It is unfortunate that the contractual issues between the corporations reflected on Bella Derma, rather than the source that caused the problem. In defense of the one bad review about the office staff member, I have spoken with that staff member and it was noted that this client was over an hour late and she was unable to be worked in that day after being caught in bad traffic. If we had worked her in, it would have caused all other appointments for the remainder of the day to run late, upsetting all the clients who WERE on time. She did not call to let the office know she would be late, otherwise we could have rescheduled her. I think most people can appreciate these rules.

I purchased a Groupon that the owner posted (one of two published). Although it was the owners choice to use Groupon, she complained to clients (me) about Groupon. I have gone for 5 of 6 treatments... with little success despite being a good candidate for this treatment and following her guidelines to a tee. I was offered, for an additional fee, a guarantee. Really? I can't just get the service I am already paying for. I felt like as a Groupon client, I was not treated the same as other client, with the complaints regarding Groupon, fewer appt hours available, and, possibly, less service. I would have been interested in other services had this worked for me, but who needs all the griping? I will not be back.
