Car did not pass inspection and I told him to fix it. He charged for a part (intake sensor) which Toyota said not on my 2007 Avalon. My car warranty is not valid because owner has not provided an invoice with proper parts and labor. Buyer BEWARE. You may be the next victim.

I stopped by with no appointment needing an oil change and a new battery since I just realized the one in my car was seven years old. They were polite, knowledgeable and gave the prices up front so there were no surprises. They also took care of my car on the spot.

I have been a client of BFCC for several years. It just has not been the same since JL sold it. The people that are there now are just rude. I am disabled and they laugh at me. That really hurts. I won't go back. The service and the quality have suffered since it was sold. When you go to their website it states that the owner, Jeff, is onsite. He is not. The man that was there said Jeff still owns it but he works elsewhere and therefore is not there.
