We hired Patrick Dailey after getting several estimates and hired him based on his claim he could do our renovation for much less than the others. It ended up costing us much more, plus a horrible end job that we are still trying to figure out how to fix. He has problems that interfere with doing his job and the subcontractors he hires are poor workers, as well. Stay far away from this guy, no matter what he promises.

I hired this company to help me finish a bathroom renovation after my initial contractor walked off the job in unethical circumstances. The owner of this company had no attention to detail, and his sub-contractors turned out to not produce quality work. In my experience, every piece of work that was done by this company had to be first undone and then redone (tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, etc). The use of this company added 5 months and much cost to the renovation of a 5x8 bathroom (that was originally supposed to take 4 weeks based on estimates from first contractor, and one week to finish up based on estimates from this contractor). I did not benefit from the "cost savings" associated with fixed fee contracting, and would not recommend this contractor to anyone.
