Not sure whats up with the other reviews, but Ben Dailey and Son, llc showed up on time, did exactly what they stated and finished ahead of schedule. The reviews don't post their names here is mine if you want to speak grant park ts at gmail

This guy is a lying snake. He reminds me of your typical used car salesman. Went way over budget, way over deadline, and was never reliable. No way I'd ever hire him again!...

Quality service done on time! On Budget! What more do I need to say Not the cheapest company, but I can't say I have every recommended another contractor...

We hired Patrick Dailey after getting several estimates and hired him based on his claim he could do our renovation for much less than the others. It ended up costing us much more, plus a horrible end job that we are still trying to figure out how to fix. He has problems that interfere with doing his job and the subcontractors he hires are poor workers, as well. Stay far away from this guy, no matter what he promises.
