Aerial infrared scanning services utilize the latest technology to assist in ascertaining your immediate roofing needs, as well as determining plans of action for future projects. This non-destructive testing method, combined with a field verification, provides the most accurate assessment of your roofs condition and can ultimately save time and money.

Our ability to utilize a Robinson R-44 helicopter allows us to slowly pass over your facility taking several images in just seconds. This allows us to create an Infrared Image as well as a digital image. With one known measurement, we can digitize your roof plan to full size drawings and pin point all the areas of suspect moisture on a scaled roof plan.

Our images utilize the latest FLIR Camera with 640 x 480 resolution. This is double the resolution of most previous cameras which means you will be able to determine problem roof areas with the precise clarity of your Infrared images.
