Great timely service. They started work on my car soon after I arrived, got the work done, and I was on my way. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my options and why they were doing what they were doing before they did it. What I like the most is that they never tried to up-sale me. The price was lower than other places in the area that I got quotes from and they only did what I needed.

I went to the Walmart at Ben White and I-35 for a quick battery replacement on my lunch break and my water pump went out on my Jeep Cherokee in their parking lot. I didn't have the time and tools to deal with it myself and knew I had to take it somewhere nearby so it wouldn't overheat. Called a few places nearby and Ben White Automotive quoted me the best price by far. Took it there at 5 pm and they had it fixed and handed me my keys by 6:30 pm that same day. Oscar was a true professional, along with the rest of the crew.. it's the only shop in Austin that I recommend to friends and family....
