Run, this was not a good experience for our family at all. Literally unacceptable I would never recommend anyone working with this management company. No compassion, no sÚnce of urgency,and poor customer service! The home was dirty when we toured it I asked if it would get cleaned and was told yes, when we moved in still dirty, I took plenty of pictures and gave to the mnmgt company as well. Almost impossible getting anything repaired no time is of the essence for them at all. They get rent and dont really care about the tenants or the homeowners there managing for apparently. I have been receiving forclosure notices for over 2 months, we pay almost 1,500.00 a month and there was no compassion for my family when they wanted us to show there home weekend after weekend. We have continually kept up this home as if it were our own in fact it looks better than it did before we were here, my hope for the next person check out the companies Before you Rent From Them, can t wait to be done with this lease.

Bennett is literally the worst company we have ever rented from. They show you the house. It looks good and what not. You move in and everything falls apart. They don't clean the house prior to you taking it. But expect you to clean it and professionally clean the carpets when you move out. Once you realize all the things going wrong with the house..in our case has been since day one and many issues..you advise them of it and they really don't care. Takes over a month to get things taken care of. They rent you a house that technically should not be rented out. And charge you for way more than the house is worth. Once you bring up anything to them they ignore you, don't want to deal with you or blame you for the problem so they don't have to pay for it. Everyone there is rude and don't want to deal with you.I can't wait to get out of the lease with this company and seriously would never literally never recommend this company to anyone. They just want their money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! GO ELSE WHERE!!

Do not us bennett property maangement. They never return calls and they don't care about their tenants. I was dealing with Laurie and Melissa, neither returned my calls after they received my rental funds. The house they turned over to me was dirty, AC not working, major plumbing issues, and WOREST SCORPION INFESTED.

Bennett Property Management has to be THE WORST property management company in the universe! Where do I begin? Well, I guess it should be during my rental period with them, I was left without air conditioning for over a week in the middle of the summer because of the five companies they called to look at our broken A/C, none of them would do the "cheap band aid" they wanted to have them do because they ALL said it would be broken again in a day! Trying to get them on the phone is harder than getting the pope to come over for Friday night cocktails! I could go on and on but this should tell you what they're all about... My lease expired, I called them to schedule to renew for another year. Company owner Chris Bennett tells me "don't worry about we'll just go month to month and catch up when we get a chance", two weeks later a realtor knocks on the door and asks if they can "view the house, it's for sale"! So this dirty piece of garbage was just trying to keep me paying rent until the house sold without any warning! I had 30 days to move out with my toddler and pregnant wife! Chris Bennett and everyone at his company are the lowest forms of life!

We have been renting house for 3 years now with Bennett and did not have any good words for them. Property manager NEVER answers the phone, we have to follow up 10 times to get simple repair done. Even emergency maintanence support is very poor. It took them 3 days to get AC unit fixed and we are talking about late June. They will call you when they need to collect money. Do not do business with them if you are not already in contract with them.

Our rep showed us a number of houses that were all move-in ready. Nothing was misrepresented and any and all repairs have executed promptly by well qualified professionals. We recently renewed our lease and the rent was not increased. I would recommend these folks anytime.

We have had many problems with service. LAst summer our AC unit broke... it took 3 days to get a guy out here to fix it. The repair man said that it was a bandaid fix and we should only use the"fan" option. a day later.. it broke again... another 3 days before they came back...and another 2 days to wait for the owners decion to buy a new AC unit. Similar situation with a leaking roof during monsoon season. Again 3 days to respond to a broken pipe that flooded my garage. And tonight, the main water line to my house broke. We called the emergency repair number. He called our Manager, she told him to call us back and say "We will have a guy out there sometime tomorrow". Meanwhile I have no water.

We have been working with Daniel on a home that we liked. Going on a week and a half now, and still no answer. Changed us more than we were told for the application fee, called him more than ten times and still have not gotten a call back, we feel like we have been scammed, because know we are out over $80 for an application fee in these hard times and not getting anywhere. save yourself the stress and use PRS Property Management much better company.

Travis is our manager and was nice until we paid our securities and rent. Then he stopped answering our phone calls and acted as if it was our fault that our major appliances were not working when we moved in. It took several phone calls to Travis and over two weeks for there very rude appliance guy to tell us that we needed a plumber to fix our dryer. As for there maintenance company, they've had fix the same problems several times because there sub standard work. Also it took almost four months for them fix the fire alarms which should could have easily been avoided if Travis has done his job and simply checked the alarms before we moved in. But don't tell him or his supervisor that because they work for the owners and not the tenants. Oh and if you really want to see what Bennett Property Management is about just log onto the Better Business Bureau.

I read the other review and I have to say I have many of the same complaints with Jenny as well. We have to call on an average of four times to get maintenance out here to fix things because our requests get "lost" and there was a lot of things wrong when we initially moved in here close to four years ago. There were holes in almost all of the walls, the carpet had been cleaned (not replaced) and there was lots of residual soap left in it making it all hard and crunchy. Then the place was just filthy on top of all that. None of the rooms had even been painted and there was dirt ALL over the walls... The rent we pay has gone up every year and a complete lack of regular maintenance on our 35 + year old AC unit is driving the cost of our electricity in excess of $400 during the summer just to keep the place cool. It takes days for us to get a call back when we do call and nothing is ever done in a timely manner.

we recently moved to a townhome and although we knew the owner he had signed with this mgmnt co. Our rep is Ginny and we have never!!!!!!!had more difficulty getting things done...the prior tennants had trashed the place and many repairs were needed...we listed over three pages of items that were broken, torn, missing, etc. and to this date....5 months later we have nearly nothing completed....sinks clogged, paint chipping, no filters for air or stove, dog feces all over back yard....all this for 1200.00 month.....We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and especially Ginny whom we have called over 30 times.....no resolution.........frustrated in scottsdale....k,s,p,c
