Actually quite surprised at some of the negative reviews posted. Bennick Tile tiled out Laundry room and large, handicapped bath with roll-in shower and we are extremely satisfied. Mr. Deitz provided wonderful suggestions, completed the project beautifully, both at an amazingly efficient pace for a one-man operation.

Frank Deitz seems to be a flim flammer. After paying him 1/3 down, Frank Deitz (aka Bennick Tile) did a good job at first and won over our confidence. He then suckered us into paying him a second advance after which, he was never seen again. We finally had to sue him and won a default judgment against both Deitz and Bennick Tile. Now we are in the process of collecting what the Magistrate Court of Cobb County awarded us. If you know where we can find Deitz, let us know. We also need a list of his assets so we can have a lien filed. We are gonna get him and suggest you all do the same as we did. It is fun and easy to file a small claims suit and it is satisfying when you win! :-)

I thought he was doing his work professionally at first, then later on, he kept delaying the job and never even finished. Now we cannot get him to return a call. He also ordered way too much tile for the job. He promised we could return the excess and get a refund but now we are stuck with hundreds of dollars of useless tile. What a ripoff...... PPPPPFFFFFFFTTT. I am glad to be rid of him!!

Frank was doing a good job for us and was almost done but then left for vacation. Prior to leaving, he asked me to pay all but $100 for the complete job. He then went on vacation and never came back so I had to pay another guy to finish the job for him. Frank was paid almost in full for the job but wont refund any money for the other guys work. I plan to take him to court. Not happy with Deitz at all.

I thought Frank did a beautiful job on the tile but the installation of the floor warmers was a disaster. He neglected to check and see if they were working before he completed the installation. I only realized that after the electrician had run the 220 line and tested the unit. When I contacted Frank to let him know he said he would reimburse me for the warmers and labor. Well its been a few months and I haven't seen a check nor does he return my phone calls. I will be contacting a lawyer soon to recover having the floor torn up and the warmers properly installed. It's a shame to do nice work but no service after the fact. Look elsewhere for your tile installation.

We used Bennick Tile for several jobs. They laid a slate floor in our kitchen and foyer. Several months later he redid our half bath, as well as the back splash in our kitchen. Very reliable and dependable, as well as friendly. We definitely would use Frank again. G & V
