John is the best!!! He has been doing all of my repair work on my mercedes for the last 4 years. I would not call anyone else. John is reasonable, reliable,trustworthy & great friend.For those out there that has a mercedes call John he will come to you & you can't go wrong. Thanks John you are the bomb!!

Had BenzMobility complete several repairs recently and John did an outstanding job. He really knows his MB's, and gives a much better value for the service than any dealer and most other indy's... and he's mobile and comes to my house or work to do it! I give BenzMobility a high score across the board!

I found the service on the web. John is an excellent technician, takes pride in his work and has a done a totally satisfying job on both of my cars. He also advised me to get a part in the transmission area checked by a specialist. As it turns out his advise turned out to be extremely timely and helped me get the required job done before serious harm occured to the transmission. I absolutely feel he is the best you will find.

I was staying at a resort in the north Georgia mountains and my ML-320 would crank, but not start. It was late at night and I had a very important meeting the next morning at 9:00 AM. I immediately got on the internet and did a search for mercedes service since none of the dealership roadside services would come that far. I was lucky to find Benzmobility on kudzu.com after I narrowed my search to mobile service. John immediately answered the phone, knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, and had the part to fix it. He jumped in his truck and drove 2 hours to my location, and had me back in action in less than 30 minutes. I live down town, and I have been telling all my friends and business partners about my Benzmobility mobile mercedes service experience. John goes above and beyond what the dealership will do, and that is how he earned my business. I will mention that I have used him since for my scheduled B-service, and a complete brake job with genuine mercedes parts for much less than the "stealership" would do it for. I strongly recommend Benzmobility to Atlanta professionals looking for a professional Mercedes technician that comes to you. What more could your ask for? Very proffesional, clean, convenient, and economical.

I found John (Benzmobility) through a Mercedes shop forum and it was absolutely the best thing I could have ever done! He has come to my office to handle repairs on my ML320 and literally rescued me when my car died after work one evening due to a bad sensor. As long as John is around I will not ever take my car to the dealership! I highly recommend him!

John came by to check out my '95 E class today...he worked, sweated and helped me understand my car better...could have charged me for at least an hour's labor, probably more, but didn't. So, he's my MB guy from now on...scheduled him to do brake work later this week and a major service next month. Considering what he has to pay for gas and wear & tear on his vehicle coming to his service customers, the convenience of not having to take a car to a dealership, genuine MB parts and John's training and experience...he doesn't charge nearly enough. Couldn't possibly give him a higher recommendation.

John is reliable and extremely flexable. He is willing to offer his service when it is convienent for me and if always willing to provide direction and solutions when problems with my vehicle arise. I would recomend him for service repait and like to thank him for his immediate and exceptional ability to assist when a ER car problem arises.

This customer wanted to supply her own parts which I warned against. She did want me to tell her what parts to get which I did, but they gave her the wrong parts. I attempted to schedule with her three times of which she cancelled last minute every time. Finally she wanted it done last minute which I told her I would squeeze the appoinment in. She said "Come any time, my sister will be home." The parts she got over the internet were old, outdated parts of which would have been right if I had supplied them. To make a long story short, I repaired her car with all the parts I had available from her, and I notified her of the incorrect parts and she flipped out on me over the phone, and I told her that I cautioned about getting parts over the internet of which I could not control. I never "blamed" her for anything. She was so Irate that I did not charge her labor for fixing her check engine light which took me 4 hours of diagnosis time, repair, test drive and recheck time involved. I warned her adamantly against getting those parts, and basically I was contracted to install her parts that she supplied, against my stern warning, now I am the bad guy that she got the wrong parts. I was cordial with her over the phone while she was swearing and yelling at me, so I decided to cut my losses and let her find someone else to yell and scream at. So she got $400 worth of labor out of me for free just because I'm a nice guy, and this is the thanks I got, just to clear this up.

John didn't provide a complete parts list and repairs were delayed twice due to incomplete parts lists. I had scheduled an appointment with him for a Thursday morning; he didn't show up and finally called to let me know that he would be out in the afternoon. He was contracted to complete 3 separate repairs. He completed the 1st but when he started the 2nd, he realized than not all the parts had been ordered. His quote on parts' costs was DOUBLE what I was able to purchase on my own. When he called to let me know that my car repairs were not going to be completed on the day scheduled because of missing parts, he blamed me! He blamed the parts guys for not providing me info on the additional parts required to install the components. He never took responsibility for any of the problems. He then put the parts in my trunk and left. I later received an email from him stating that he was not going to do any more work on my car. He had agreed to fix two other problems, but left me in the lurch. I would NEVER recommend Benzmobility because: He was several hours late for a scheduled appointment Not dependable- arbitrarily quit in the middle of the job- and left me hanging Not responsible- would not accept any responsibility for the missing parts Parts costs were DOUBLE Poor communicator Highly unprofessional- combine all above

I have a year 2000 Mercedes with over 100,000 miles on it which needed some general maintenance and repairs. I was looking for someone to service the car that wouldn't make up a lot of unnecessary repairs and gouge me on pricing. After reading several positive reviews on the internet, I gave John with Benzmobility a try. John made two separate trips to service my car in a matter of days, one was to my workplace in Marietta and the other to my home in Atlanta. John told me exactly what repairs needed to be done to the car and let me ask as many questions as I wanted to. John with Benzmobility is one of the best discoveries that I have made in Atlanta. Unlike many bodyshops, I could actually talk to the person who is repairing my car. His prices are extremely fair and he traveled to me, saving a ton of time and hassle. I highly recommend Benzmobilty to anyone!

Benzmobility performs service and repairs where the vehicle is located. John has serviced 2 of my Mercedes vehicles at my house on several occasions. While he worked on my car, I was at a birthday party with my kids. The convenience and price make Benzmobility the first call I make for MB service.
