We had a great experience with Berkley Construction! The owner, Keith, was easy to contact and spoke honestly with us about our repairs. He had outstanding ideas and we always felt comfortable with him. His crew was the best crew we have ever had in our home (we have had many!); they were respectful of our space and our family, thorough, and dependable. We are very happy with the work they've done for us. They were on time, did what they had to do and cleaned up. Reasonably priced as well. We have referred several friends, and have received many compliments about their work. They are truly a wonderful company!

Berkley Construction repaired and repainted our 45 year old home last year. They replaced wood that was severely damaged from termites, plus stucco that was falling off the house in chunks. The paint job looks fantastic; the crew was very patient while we experimented with colors. Our house was transformed from the shabbiest house on the block to one of the best looking homes in our neighborhood. We received the highest compliments from all our neighbors. We would recommend Berkley Construction to anyone.

Berkley Construction did an excellent kitchen remodeling job. They took a boring, outdated kitchen and replaced it with beautiful new countertops, a stainless-steel gas range, tile floor, tons more storage, even mounted a T.V. in there for the chef. They did a wonderful job for less than I expected! I highly recommend Berkley Construction.

We did a complete home remodel with Berkley Construction. From start to finish, it was a great experience. From the day to day trials to the long term challenges of remodeling a home, they handled my family with care. I felt that Berkley always took care of me with my best interests in mind. If you have dealt with other contractors, you know this is unfortunately not always the case. By the care given, it is very clear they make a significant amount of business from return customers and word of mouth referrals. The work was done properly, on time and with great attention to detail. We also had tons of custom stuff done. We get constant compliments on the work. We plan on using Berkley on our new construction as well when we eventually expand on our perfect little remodel.

I just saw Berkley Construction's sign outside another neighbors house in North Park - what an amazing job they did adding a whole new story and kitchen to that home. Great workHighly recommended!
