These guys are incredible! I am not sure who the other reviews may be evaluating. I have taken my bmw to them for more than 5 years. Their service has more than topped any other mechanic i have been to. They'll review the recalls, let you know if there is a better options. On more than one occasion their quotes have BY FAR exceeded what the dealer was going to deliver and less than the cost! Bertini's on more than one instance fixed 'stupid stuff' for me that could have been astronomical at other places. Bertini's in ROSEVILLE, CA are practical, real people with amazing real service. They are not going to spew out some uncomprehending dealer/mechanic speak to you it will be a real straight forward work.

This place lies and takes advantage of you. I went to them after getting a better quote than the dealer, but it was a mistake. They fixed the driver side fan as requested, but I came out with the passenger side broken. I know it was working when I went in. I heard it running even that morning. They denied any responsibility and suggested I had them fix the wrong side. I have the paperwork from VW showing that their diagnostic confirmed the driver side was broken (not passenger), I also called them back just now to confirm it was the driver side (yes it was) and I had visually looked at it with my dad and we both saw the passenger was working and the driver side was not just days before the disaster "repair". Bertini's still says it's not their fault and offered to fix the other fan for $500, which is $100 more than the dealer for a part they broke. Run, run far away. I'm making sure to spread the word to all my friends and family to take your business elsewhere!!

Bertini's has been repairing and maintaining my Mercedes for a few years now. They do very good work, but their prices are very high. I have also had to bring my car in to have something fixed that had been fixed previously that they were going to charge me for a second time -- thank gawd I keep my mechanic records. In the end, they still charged me for their time to re-fix the part (they didn't charge me for the part). After that incident, I have switched mechanics.
