This company came highly recommended and I know why! Bruno and his team came in considerably under my other quotes and completed the work quickly and effeciently. Bruno even offered suggestions on floor color which made a huge difference in the look of my house. My floors have never looked this good! The next time I need to have my floors refinished, I will definately be calling them!

I contacted Bertolli Floors based on its excellent records on Kudzu. I was very pleased to have a great experience with them as well. The owner Bruno came within 24hours and gave me a very competitive quote. The job was difficult (refinishing old , water stained hardwood oak floors covered by carpet for over 30 years ). Bruno's team did an amazing job at turning those floors into great conditions-they look nearly new ! Bertolli floors took no shortcut on the job and it was finished on time. Most importantly Bruno was very responsive,courteous and always returned my calls promptly. The final invoice was the same as the estimte (no bad surprise !). I highly recommend them.

after our concerns,they came out and agreed to refinish the floors, can't ask for a better solution than thisit make a change from listening to contractors excuses to find one that is willing to put things right, the floors are being done next week, so Ill update the review further

Best experience I've ever had with a home contractor of any sort. The prices were excellent, the installation work was top of the line! I would not hesitate to use this company in the future or to recommend it to anyone in need of flooring.

We used them twice. The first time for floor refinishing, the second time for tile and wood floor in the kitchen. The first time was really good. The second time was a disaster. They overcharged us for materials that were not used, they had to come back and replace tile because they laid some with a cut edge exposed to view instead of the factory edge, the ruined a french door to the outside back porch because they cut it too high and then "fixed" the gap with a black edge on a white door, a nd they didn't do the work beneath the refridgerator that was not exposed to view and then lied to Bruno about it. As much as we liked them for the first job, I do not trust them anymore and would not recommend them.
