Did not show up for my wedding. When I called to ask where they were, he said he had not written down the date -- despite email confirmation with credit card. He apologized, but that did not help me get 10 family members from hotels to the ceremony, which I had to scramble to arrange. Not what you want to experience on your day!

When our limo did not show up at ATL airport as scheduled, James, the owner, came down in a stretch limo and personally drove us home at no charge. I suspect any other limo service would have suggested we take MARTA. We will use this service again and will recommend it to our friends.
