5-17-2014, I ordered a used transmission with a 30-day warranty for a 90 GMC Sierra. You delivered it on 5-19-14 and we installed it in to a vehicle that was previously shifting poorly. The replacement transmission you sold us was in worse condition and it was obviously already burned up because it would not pull at all. I contacted you and asked you to make arrangements for the transmission to be repaired, replaced or refunded. You have continued to put us off over and over and have refused to refund or replace this transmission and correspond to us properly. The warranty is a contract between Georgia Wheego and BEST AUTO & USED PARTS. As soon as we were aware of the problem, we called you and you have placed us on phone hold for 20 minutes over and over and told us that the owner is unavailable and he has never returned a call yet. We have called twice a day for 15 days. Enough is enough! You are obviously procrastinating and waiting for your 30 day warranty to expire. Every time we call, your representative tells us that they know nothing about our problem with the transmission and that the owner will call us right back. He never calls back. YOU FAILED TO REPLACE IT!
