Vast supply of video games to keep the family going back for more. Great service with staff that have excellent knowledge of their products. Also like the Geek Squad who are always ready to help with computer problems that arise

I don't like the hard sell you get at the register to sign up for all their special cards, clubs or whatever they call them. The "free magazines" for instance. Most things can be bought at discount stores cheaper.

There is a difference between good and great. The staff at best buy for the most part have a good knowledge base about the products they sell. The last few times I've gone to the store, I've had to wait to be helped. That's really my only complaint.

This is one of the nicer locations. The store clerks are friendly and offered help. Store is clean and bright. We were able to find what we wanted in a short period of time. They have nice selection on big screen TVs.

These guys seem to honestly care about their customers. The employees in this store will remember your name and I have found them a pleasure to deal with. Don't bother going to another location, you won't find these kind of quality employees at other BBs. The manager of this store must be doing something right!

Much better then fayetteville store because its not half as crowded and people dont run up toyou every 5 minutes with a clipboard asking you to sign up for net zero or something along those lines. Staff not only greets you but will continue to check on you while you browse to give you time to look and give you time to ask questions. Wonderful selection over other media type places in the area and the best prices besides walmart
