They try to sell you the 1 yr /2 yrs guarantee... Always a rip-off. They wouldn't cover our ipods when under the 2 yr guarantee. I bought a 2 yr Geek Swad TEch Support on my laptop. Drop a laptop off & 3 days later, they haven't even touched it. Horrible service. MAnagement in Geek Swat is rude! Don't leave messages for anyone to call you because they won't. Can't get through to talk to anyone in management or sales... Don't shop here. I can see why BEst Buy stores are closing down. Need better employees and management who care.

Went in to Buy an electronic device, As i was checking out they asked me for a home phone number. I explained i did not have a home phone number and the sales rep said we could not proceed with out one. Bought the item for the same price at target!!!

I desperately needed a new laptop for work a while back. The customer service there was great. I was immediately asked if I needed any help. The computer that I bought actually had a few technically problems, but I took it back up there and they switched it out, no problem.

My husband was looking for a specific computer part and called Best Buy in Snellville, where we live. When he called the associate told him they did not have it and that was the end of the conversation. My husband hung up and called the Alpharetta store, since he works over in that area. The associate who answered the phone also told him they did not have it in stock, but he offered to search other stores in the area for the part and when no one else had it, he offered to order it for him and have it shipped directly to our home. That is customer service!

Wrong product was sold to us for an app that we bought there. Store refused to exchange product because by the time we were able to get service on the item the part was over 30 days old. Issue, the sales person was the one who gave us the part. Obvisouse their sales force is untrained. The customer service did give us a $50.00 gift certificate but we had to go the part at another store. Now we are stuck with a part that is no good, brand new and for us worthless. As far as the gift certificate why would I deal with a store that gives this type of service...

I just purchased a computer there with my wife. The computer they had advertised was out of stock. We picked out another one and the salesman tried to sell us SOOOO much stuff we did not need and I told him we already had (printer cables, ink, blank cdr's, etc.). He was really not taking "no" as my answer for not wanted an extended warranty. He tried it even before he hit the final sale button to complete our transaction at the sales counter! When we looked at our receipt, he had added a MORE expensive printer and charged us for it! I told him when we first started talking that we had a NEW printer/fax at home, and would not even be USING the printer that came with the computer. We cancelled the deal and left! I will never shop there again!
