I'm rating BB average because of a pretty lousy return policy and average trained employees. most of the time, I know more than they do simply out of readint a magazine. Otherwise, their selection of... products and ability to provide a product or service is great.

Decent Company, 3/22/2011

I've got to at least hand it to them, Best Buy has gotten better. While I still wish that Circuit City was in business,Best Buy is greatly improving. good Job

Decent Company

You can buy the same computer parts online for a quarter the price. Sales people are very uninformed. This store is only in business because there is no local alternative.

Not Impressed

My husband and I bought a $3,000 HDTV from this store, only to have it start shutting itself off days later (without any sort of temp warning or anything) we took it back to exchange it, but all we got were hassles. We waited at the desk for an hour while they made one excuse after another, finally we demanded to speak to a manger, who was also reluctant to refund our money. All told they wasted 3 hours of our time before we were able to get a refund and take our money elsewhere. Don't bother going to this store...if you have a problem, they don't care.

Complete and Professional

I bought new kitchen appliances. Stas, DeShawn and Terrance worked endlessly to make sure I got the best deal. They were helpful beyond any level of customer service I have ever experienced. I will be back and will remain loyal to this store. Super attitudes. Only looking to be helpful and to make the customer happy.

Sure, why not

I haven't really bought much from this store, but I do keep track of their Sunday ad each week. Their selection is great, and its just fun for me to walk through the aisles to research different products that I am considering.

BEST company

Im truly impressed with Best Buys philosophy, they have earned a customer for life. From the moment you enter the store you can tell they care about the customer as there is always a greeting upon entry. They always have a staff presence that are knowledgeable of the product or can get you to someone who is. The think I think I most like about Best Buy is that they always price match, and that shows me that they value my patronage and want me to come back again to do business with them. Because they value my business, and treat the customer with respect I believe they are one of the best companies around.

Their service warranties cost a lot and it's too much of a pain to take something back to get it fixed. I would go somewhere else for an expensive electronic.

Treated us right

We got a great deal on a home entertainment system at Best Buy. They were knowledgeable and professional. The installation went without a hitch. I have to go now and watch my HD tv! :)

Excellent service!

My husband and I just bought a new flat-screen TV from Best Buy. I don't know about any other employees at this store, but Mike, who works in that department, was SO helpful and took so much time with us - we were very impressed and very happy with our ultimate selection! He really went out of his way to explain the differences in LCD and Plasma and to find us the best price. We are glad we went to this Best Buy to purchase our new TV!

Nerd squad

If, as they advertise, geeks get it done and nerds don't these guys are nerds. I took my computer in for service and they had to send it a service facility. When I got it back they had reloaded the Windows with a pirated version that would not register and therefore would not boot up. When I called the store they said bring it in and they would take care of it. When I got to the store they told me it was my problem and I needed to contact Microsoft, even though they loaded the software. They did offer to re-install Windows for $129 though. As if I should have to pay for their incompetence. Don't ever take a computer to them for service. I've done it twice and both times got back a computer that was no better than the one I gave them at best.

No software support in 3 year service contract

i bought a compaq laptop in Aug, 2006. Bought the 3-yr service contract for $249.00. When the salesman told me that I would be covered for any problems I might have with the computer, I (my fault) assumed that meant that if I had a problem with operation, I would get support from their 'Geek Squad'. NOT SO. The service contract only covers the hardware. FYI...don't buy the service contract unless your concern is dropping it.
