I used to use this dry cleaner all the time. I've had some minor problems in the past (mainly with broken/crushed buttons on shirt collars and cuffs), but overall, I've been pleased with the service I received for the price. Until now. I took a wool coat in for dry cleaning, and they wanted to charge $28. I knew that was excessive, because two nearby cleaners charged between $9 and $12 to dry clean the same coat for me in the past. When I asked why it cost so much, the owner said it should be even more because there was cat hair on it. More than $28?! I took it to a cleaner in the Kroger shopping center on Salem Road who did it for $9.50, cat hair and all, and gave me next day service as well.

I work a lot of weddings so I take in a tux shirt, vest and pants and they come back looking great ! Mind you, being a photographer - I'm on my knees and sweating up a storm, so this stuff has to be cleaned right. And they get it right every time.
