****WARNING**** I have asked this company for over a year to remove us from their call list. We are on the "do not call list" yet they continue to call our home and cell numbers with their sell calls. Maurice hung up on me as I was asking him not to call me again, then they called again less than 24 hours later. I am going to seek legal action if they call again.

I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned in my home, as we had sold it. Having the carpets cleaned were apart of the Biding Contract we signed with the buyers. I scheduled an appointment, which was an ok experience. I scheduled for Saturday with a time slot of 12-4, and informed that the Tech would give me a call prior to arriving at my home. On Saturday I sat around my empty home waiting for the Tech to arrive, at 4 o'clock I had not received a call. I phoned the company and spoke with Britney; she informed me that she would send a message to have the Tech contact me with an ETA. I had a few things to get from the store, which is a 2 minute drive from my house. Knowing that the Tech would give me a courtesy call while he was on his way, I figured this would be a good time to get a last few things done before having to vacate the home. Well I came home not even 10 minutes later to find a business card with Anthony's name on it, no cell phone number. First of all the Tech did not call to let me know he was on his way liked I was promised when I scheduled the appointment. Secondly he showed up at my home, and did not BOTHER to call when no one answered the door! I have never had a Service Provider conduct their company in this manner.

Received a coupon for $69 whole house carpet cleaning. The only good aspect about the whole deal was that the technician showed up on time - but in an unmarked SUV and no markings on his clothes. Walked around the house and gave me a quote of $240! Told me the chemical he needed for the heavily soiled areas was expensive (REALLY?...$170 chemical?)! Even before I agreed to the price, he was bringing in his equipment (super pushy). Negotiated him down to $150 for the whole house - still more than 2X the coupon (still - some expensive chemical!). When he finished - it was cleaner - but still not what I expected a professional carpet cleaner results would be. He was very pushy and wanted a tip. I had a bottle of carpet cleaner ($6 from Sam's Club) and a spray bottle of $4 stain lifter (from Walmart) sitting on the counter. He wanted me to give it to him! After he left - .I realized the carpets were soaking wet! We had to go back over with our own carpet cleaner. Realized he had left not only water in the carpet but soap! All the carpets had to be redone. And when I used my $6 carpet cleaner and $4 stain lifter - it got the dirt he left behind out! So his expensive chemical wasn't worth it! What a rip off!

Don't be fooled by the rating. Most are by posters with only one review, and all within the same one week period. I responded to a pet package coupon for $79, which I was told on the phone included sanitizing. When the service person showed up, I first was surprised that he was driving in a unmarked small sedan and had no kind of identifying clothing or name tag. I wondered what kind of cleaning equipment would fit in that car. He told me the carpet would need sanitizing in order to remove the odor, even though the ad said it covered odor removal. I told him I was advised that sanitizing was included. He insisted it wasn't, and then quoted me $210. When I told him I wasn't prepared to pay that and didn't want the service, he literally stormed out of the house, slamming the front door as he left and drove off. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Update: this company calls me CONSTANTLY trying to get me to buy their services. AS IF! I keep asking them to remove my name from their list, but they never do.

It says on their website says "All of our steam cleaning specials include Color brighteners, deodorizers, most furniture moving , helps rid fleas and our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" but later we learn we learn they charge extra for everything. The guy who came to my home wanted to charge extra like 20 to 25 dollar for every room.He was trying to get extra money in one or the other way. Even for moving table (ikea) he tried to charge us extra $20. Very rude too. I would never ever call them again for any services. Dont believe $59.95 scheme ,the people who come home have only intention to get more than $500 from you. Even if u never give them chance to do anything, they are going to tell you closet is extra ,stairways are each going to be $4 like that. And they charge you with their own tax. Be careful in giving money check all numbers. They add like $10 in every place extra. You have to lose patience and finally lose ur peacemind. The one good thing is the customer service or the manager we spoke to, they were polite and cleared all our problems and helped us to end our conflict and end up paying through phone to him directly. He cancelled all extra charges like moving furniture,tax,service charge watever the service guy put on his own with or without the consent of company not sure. But i would definitly wont recommend this .It not worth the loss of peace of mind.

I had Noah come over to clean my carpets after receiving a coupon in the mail. He was pushy about all the extras. I agreed to do a whole house pet cleaning and he charged me extra and then only did half my living room! When he returned the next day to do my living room right he tried to charge me again. I still haven't received the credit I was promised and it had been 3 weeks of fighting!

I called 1 week ago to set up appt. My appt window was from 1-5pm. Yesterday they called me to confirm. Fast forward to today. The carpet cleaner calls this morning around 9am saying he was giving me a 1 hour courtesy. Because I was at work I didn't see that I had missed a call until about noon. As I was driving to my rental property some 40 miles away, I call technician. He says he was dispatched incorrectly but could still meet 1.5 hrs later. No problem I say and continue on. 30 min later I get a call saying he now had a conflict...huh? He also stated that he would call home office and have some one else sent. By now I am at my property waiting only to be called by some manager indicating that they wouldn't service me today... After taking the afternoon off, driving 40 miles in heavy rain, I am ticked. He offered a lame apology but nothing to rectify or even empathize with my situation. I plan to call the GM, Jim, in the morning to voice my dissatisfaction. Save your time and use a real service that puts customers first.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to ensure that I had a confirmed time. The company gives me a four hour window to wait at home to clean my sofas and....they never show up and they never call! I called them twice and was promised a "call back" from someone. No one ever called back. I wasted an entire day waiting on a business to provide a service. I will NEVER use this business and I do not recommend this business in anyway. They waste your time and do not value the customer.

While cleaning the vents in my attic one employee stepped through my ceiling. After days of arguing with the company someone came out and attempted to fix the hole in the ceiling. However, they NEVER finished the work!!

I received a coupon and called to schelude an appointment with much hesitancy. Shannon took the time to answer my questions with much patience and kindness. She made me feel as if I were her only customer of the day. When the technician arrived, Antoine treated me with respect and explained the process with great detail. He listened to my concerns and gave me a very fair price. I am 110% happy with the customer service and service that was performed in my home. Ask for Shannon and Antoine. You will not regret using Best Home Services!!!!!

I had this company clean my carpets. They looked clean when they left but sure enough the next day the stains came back up. They keep calling me and telling me they have special discounts. I have told them to remove my number from their lists multiple times but they keep calling. Very annoying and rude.

Technician showed up with an unmarked vehicle, standard carpet cleaner (not Steam Cleaner as advertised) and did a poor job, left stains, and overcharged me. I called to complain and manager wanted to EITHER send another technician or refund the overcharge amount, instead of refunding the overcharge AND sending another technician.

Used them numerous times and this last time they never showed up, never called before the scheduled time. I sat at home for 6 hours and even called them prior to the end of my time block and they didn't know where the technician ones. Then when I called them they got an attitude with me, telling me they came to my back door, that's funny because I live in an apartment and I have no back door so I knew they went to the wrong house. I even knew they were lying because the second technician couldn't find my house but he had the decency to call me to find out where I was at. They have horrible customer service however, the technician Marcus did a good job, too bad the Sweet Potatoes stains didn't come up so I won't be calling them again because I only spend my money on companies that respect me and my time.

Mareus was extremely polite and informed me of everything that was happening, he felt more like a house guest than someone to clean the carpets. I have, and will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know. I honestly lack the words to describe the outcome of my carpets ( and believe me after a dog and 4 cats... pretty bad ) that I have received... and the price?... well good god it can't be beat.
