Best Little Doghouse is like the Ritz Carlton for dogs! I have boarded my dogs there for many years. As a veterinarian, I am very particular about who cares for my dogs. Robin and her staff treat my dogs like their own. Once my geriatric dog got very sick while he was boarding there. Robin personally took care of him and thanks to her he had fully recovered by the time I was able to come home. My young dog enjoys the daycare twice a week. The staff of BLDH do a great job managing the playgroups to ensure the safety of all the dogs. I highly recommend them. It's like your dog is on vacation too!

Every day when I'm at work, my dogs go to daycare at Best Little Dog House in Georgia. They always have a great time and get plenty of exercise. Robin and her team are so knowledgeable and caring, and the facility is clean and spacious. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

Not only was the owner completely rude, the place smelled like they had been smoking inside. I tried to ask questions about how the day would play out for my dog and I got told "my dog would be fine, you can leave now". This infuriated me! It made me very suspicious on how my dog would actually be treated since she did not want me to ask question. I also did not like that my dog was immediately put in a crate. I was told he would be there for almost 3 hours before he was taken outside to play. My intentions for bringing my dog to daycare is so he can play with other dogs, not be put in a crate. It baffled me that the owner argued with me about me being concerned for my animal. I would NEVER recommend for anyone to send their dog there. He ended up going to K-9 coach a mile and half down the street and is having a great time!

We obviously got off on the wrong foot. We had a lot of dogs coming in that morning and I wanted to read over your questionaire to see if I had any other questions. My staff member wanted to take the dog to the back so we could talk but you stomped to the back to do it yourself. We generally do not like for people to do that because it upsets the dogs that are here. As I was bringing in other dogs for daycare, you were questioning (interrogating) my staff member and English is not his first language, so I think things were getting a little lost in translation. When I tried to answer your questions you rolled your eyes and shuffled your feet like a petulant child that didn't want to hear what I had to say because you already knew all the answers. I could have handled the situation better and turned it around but I didn't. For that I apologize.
I do want to clear up a few misconceptions from your post: 1. No one smokes in here. What I had was a failed attempt to mask a diarrhea smell from my own dog that has IBS. 2. We do not use 'crates'. "Crates" are what you find in a groomer, trainer, vets office, other boarding places. Our rooms are large 5x5 and 6x6 open KENNELS. They can be veiwed on our website. 3. Of course we put your dog in a 'kennel' before putting him in with a group of dogs. What kind of a moron would we be to not do a temperment test since you stated in your paperwork your dog is aggressive? But, again, that we be trying to explain a business model to someone that feels they know everything. 4. Our greatest source of referrals is from the vets in the area. As I told you, we take great pride in the FACT that in the almost 3 years we have been open, we have had no dog attacks because of how we choose to take care of your dog. We are not hiding anything, as a matter of FACT we are quite proud. I am very lucky to have a wonderful, experienced staff that loves dogs and knows how to take care of them.
Thank you for considering us to care for your pup. Roscoe seems like a sweet boy. I would have liked the opportunity to care for him. Again, I apologize for the impatience. I would normally have used our situation as a teaching moment, but once you told me you "pay me" to answer your questions, I knew there would be no hope for us and better to no longer waste each others time. Best Little Dog House is a happy place and I will make sure it stays that way. I realize we are not for everyone. Take care.
This is the "happy place" for my dogs! It's calm, bright and cheery and my dogs have a blast when they stay here, whether it's for playtime daycare or a long weekend. I always feel very comfortable leaving my babies in their capable hands. You (and your furkids) will love them!

Robin and her crew are the best! Take my dogs to board here and always a great experience for the dogs and myself as well. Dogs get to stay in large open pen (no cages) with TVs, toys, water pool and large outside concrete area to run around in. Nice to know my dogs are taken care of when away. :)

My dog Sadie absolutely loves going to the Best Little Doghouse! She is always very excited when she gets there and her tail never stops wagging - even as I'm leaving! Robin and Amy are so great with the dogs. I even picked Sadie up once during a bad storm, and Robin was singing to the dogs and giving them some treats for comfort! I know that she's in good hands at the Best Little Doghouse - and I wouldn't take her anywhere else! HIGHLY recommend! Great location, great price, and friendly folks!

The BEST care for your dog! Best Little Dog House gives your friend a home-like retreat with loving care givers. Our dogs become very excited as they run to the door with tails wagging at the mention of Robin's name. It's such a good feeling to be able to travel without worrying about their care. Thanks.

My dog, Stinky Pete, has been attending daycamp for a couple of months and also boarded with Robin for a week. I feel absolutely guilt-free about leaving him here because he LOVES it! He gets so excited running up the sidewalk and runs right to the big door to go play with the other dogs. There is no place I'd rather leave him!

It really IS the best place to board your pets- clean and cute facility, good rates, 5 star care. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Robin is amazing, and you can really tell how much she loves animals. Your pets won't want to come home! It's so nice to know you can leave your babies and have a great time without worrying about your babies while you're away!

Precious loves to go see Ms. Robin. It is like she is the queen of the place. She knows where everything is and Ms. Robin takes care of my baby. Robin has the best place for dogs. They get to run around, play, sleep and gets lots of attention. When we arrive, she runs to the door. That makes any parent happy. Very convenient location also.

Wouldn't leave my little Gretchie with anyone else. I recently left my girl for a 2 week stay while I was gone on a very busy business trip. I never had a worry. I also know she was loved and very well taken care of because every time I bring her back for daycare (she has been for months going several times a week), she wiggles and dances and kisses Robin all over. Dogs are smart if they were in any way uncomfortable this would not be the response. I think Gretchie's wiggles, dances and kisses for Robin EVERY time we see her speaks volumes!!! Plus, this is a great place to get your dog tuckered out during the week as well. Gretchie and her "boyfriend" Taylor can be found there 2-3 times a week playing and romping.

I highly recommend the Best Little Dog House in Georgia. Robin, the owner of this facility, treats my dogs as if they were her own. They get so excited when they arrive. One of my dogs is blind and requires special care. I was so hesitant about boarding her at first because I didn't think she would get the proper attention. I feared that she would be scared and depressed while she was there. But, I'm happy to report that thanks to Robin, my fears were unfounded. She comes home acting like it was just a fun vacation :). I am confident when I say that your dogs will be treated like gold here. This new facility is beautiful and it's a great location convenient to I-285.
