DO NOT BE FOOLISH and make the same mistake I did! Read on... I purchased a Bay Hill 5th wheel trailer from Best RV in Turlock, California. Experienced RVers know in the first year of ownership, repair and servicing issues will inevitably occur. That's why recreational vehicle manufacturers provide the buyer with a serviceable warranty to cover the repair expense during the first year of ownership, and, occasionally, beyond one year. After owning my trailer for 7+ months, Best RV's Service Department representative (and co-owner) simply refused to honor the manufacturer's warranty. My wife and I were rudely turned away with a malfunctioning RV--an RV STILL under warranty--a warranty that Best RV refused to honor!

Just purchased a Cardinal 2975 and I hate the service that they give you after they get your check. They gave me a walk through that the guy didn't really know much more than I and I am new. 1) They tried to switch out my rocker with Cheaper chairs. 2) Tried to forget about putting in the 2nd battery that I paid for. 3) Didn't clean the inside of my Trailer. 4) All they did was hose off the outside and left the stickers on the outside. 5) Had my auto leveling system leaking oil everywhere and the Service Manager just wanted to take a picture of it for warranty and to have me come back another day. I told him his Dept. is worthless and he told me that what was wrong was my salesman selling me the unit so cheap.... I paid what they had it marked for. I will never take my unit to Best RV ever again. STAY AWAY FROM BEST RV TURLOCK

We bought a new 2012 Travel Tralier and the price was great. I took my trailer in to have the wheel bearings packed and was charged over $400. They told me that the some of the bearings were bad but did not offer to show me the bad bearings. I will be taken my service elsewhere.

I bought a trailer, and the air conditioner did not work. I brought it in in July 2010, and Best RV finally fixed in in November 2010. When I asked them why it was taking so long, they threatened not to fix it at all. Terrible, terrible customer service.
