Best RV Center

Just purchased a Cardinal 2975 and I hate the service that they give you after they get your check. They gave me a walk through that the guy didn't really know much more than I and I am new. 1) They tried to switch out my rocker with Cheaper chairs. 2) Tried to forget about putting in the 2nd battery that I paid for. 3) Didn't clean the inside of my Trailer. 4) All they did was hose off the outside and left the stickers on the outside. 5) Had my auto leveling system leaking oil everywhere and the Service Manager just wanted to take a picture of it for warranty and to have me come back another day. I told him his Dept. is worthless and he told me that what was wrong was my salesman selling me the unit so cheap. I paid what they had it marked for. I will never take my unit to Best RV ever again. STAY AWAY FROM BEST RV TURLOCK...

We bought a new 2012 Travel Tralier and the price was great. I took my trailer in to have the wheel bearings packed and was charged over $400. They told me that the some of the bearings were bad but did not offer to show me the bad bearings. I will be taken my service elsewhere.

I bought a trailer, and the air conditioner did not work. I brought it in in July 2010, and Best RV finally fixed in in November 2010. When I asked them why it was taking so long, they threatened not to fix it at all. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I've given up trying to get any service from Best RV Center in Turlock. My air conditioner never worked. I brought in in July 2010 and it was ""fixed"" in November 2010 -- I'm not sure what they did (they aren't returning calls) and it's not yet hot enough to test it out. For billable service, they charged me three times the amount quoted, and then threatened to place a lein on my trailer if I didn't pay. I tried to point out that numbers had been crossed out on the invoice and changed, but was ignored. They also say they don't charge an inspection fee, but they do. Not sure what they inspected the trailer for, given that my air conditioner did not work.

The owners sell you with a promise of wonderful service, but what we have got is no service! They sold us a trailer with a hitch that is to small for the load and refuse to change it. They even refuse to fix simple things. They did however fix our awning that came out of the wall the first time we used it and then when we got it back it did the same thing again. That is quality repair work. They talk bad about the trailer manufacturers they sell and blame everything on them. Niles, one of the owers presents as this really nice family man who takes care of his customers, don't fall for it! Z, the other brother is just down right rude to customers.
