She encouraged thru the bleak periods and rejoiced with me when I closed. She was always available to me. She was professional and ever considerate of what my desires in a new home were. Neena is a top-notch real estate agent. We were looking for a home with a criteria list that was next to impossible, but she made it happen. She found the house, got us an unbelievable deal, and we closed quickly and on time with her guidance and knowledge of today's real estate world. Even when we changed our minds over (and over!), she stayed motivated and kept us on track with her gracious attitude. And she always answered her phone when we called which amazes us to this day. She never gave up on us or our dreams and kept us motivated as well. We plan to stay in this house forever, but if we ever need an agent again, we won't have to shop around, because we had the best.

When we decide to move to a larger home last year, we had a big wish list. We wanted to get a good sale price on our house, find just the right new house with a basement apartment for my mother, and ideally, close on both houses in the same day. Plus, my mother still needed to sell her house. Somehow Neena made it happen. She guided us through the entire process of selling and buying. She got us a fair price for our old house and negotiated with a difficult seller to get a great deal on our new home. Neena stayed on top of both deals to make sure the closings happened the same day. And she also sold my mother's house within days of selling ours. Thanks to Neena, it couldn't have worked out better.

Neena Brackett is an excellent Realtor. I am a single Mom on a tight budget and she was able to find me a great home in my price range, as well as the school district I preferred! Neena quickly responded to any questions that I had and worked around my schedule opposed to many other Realtors who will fit you in when THEY have time. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who has interest in purchasing a home. She is #1!
