I called Beverly Services recently and they responded promptly. The technician was helpful and kind. He even wore booties so his shoes wouldn't mud up my carpeting since we've been having all this rain. He fixed my air conditioner and the bill was less than $100. I will use them again.

My warranty company had Beverly Services send a technician out to my home on an emergency call to diagnose & repair my furnace if possible. Technician seemed quite knowledgable & took apart the flue from the draft inducer to the chimney liner. He felt the problem with my furnace was the flue. Flue and Liner has been working properly since furnace was installed in 1986. Warranty company denied claim since he said it was a flue problem. Two other HVAC companies gave a more detailed diagnosis afterwards and found all heat exchangers had holes or cracks plus gas valve had a delay upon shutdown. Beverly technician gave inaccurate diagnosis of problem. Based solely on that information I would NOT recommend.
