....what a miserable experience. I ride a Trek 1.5 Triple, and I thought I could walk in to BicycleWarehouse and find my wife a decent bike so we could hit some routes together. No one helped us when we went in the store (5PM, right after work); once wer finally cornered someone, they had no clue what bikes I was talking about; the deals on the website did not match what they had in the store, and it kind of smelled nasty in there. It took every ounce of good within me to not knock over a few rows of bikes on the way out. Took a quick drive over to my Trek shop; we were greeted when we entered, someone said they would be with us in 5 minutes (which they were), and even though the bike we decided on was $200.00 more than I wanted to spend, I know I can rely on their dedicated mechanics should something go wrong with the bike. Seriously... go ANYWHERE else but here if you want to keep your sanity. -Chris

I have purchased two mountain bikes there and hae used their service department for maintenance. I found exactly what I was looking for and they were very helpful. They even have an indoor track so I could test drive the bikes. The first bike was for myself and the second one was a gift. I was able to purchase the gift in advance and picked it up on Christmas eve all assembled and they even put a bow on it.
