So, I've gone to this Peachtree Road (Brookhaven) location several times to have an oil change/tire rotation. I went there for the last time today. My quoted wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, I finally got my car back. On the way out, one gentleman apologized politely for keeping me waiting. I said, yes that was pretty long - well over the quoted time. Well, the other man at the counter who quoted me turns around and tries to justify himself, and of course me being annoyed, I basically said it's not a problem to wait, just don't quote me a time that you know you can't commit to! You would think as an educated customer service specialist he would have apologized. But you know what he said? "Next time I'll just quote you THREE hours so you're WELL within the time limit"....after that sarcastic, rude comment, it should be pretty clear to him that there will not be a next time. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. They just got purchased by Pep Boys, so hopefully in his new customer service training, he will learn not to be a complete jerk. Calling me "sweetie" isn't going to win you over any points either (yes he did that as well).

I ended up here last September because I had let my bad brakes go on too long and was desperate. They advised that they would have to replace the rotors as well - good chuck of $. But lesson learned. As I sat in the waiting room, they called for me to come to the desk to show me I needed to repalce my filters, air and cabin (I advised I could do myself - afterall I brought the car to fix my brakes!). Over the next week, I still heard screeching from light pressure on brakes - I figured they were new so I'd give it time to even out. After a few months, I went by and spoke with the main guy who advised all brakes screech and to give it more time. If I wanted - they could fix it but it would take hours - so I figured I could live with it. Last week, I decided to take it back in and when they reviewed stated they only fixed my rear brakes and my front brakes needed to be replaced. I stated I would not get them done there and left. I took my car to Eurasian (trusty guys but far out)they replaced the brake pads and told me that some of my brake pad clips had been removed and not put back on!!! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO TAKE YOUR CAR - UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!

I am a real customer that went to Big 10 3 times and EVERY time they provided bad service. I went there to give them the benefit of the doubt but will not be going back....they are rude, they promise your car in 20 mins but it takes them 2 hours and they hire unskilled mechanics....buyer beware....

We went to Big 10 Tires to take advantage of their Oil Change/Tire Rotation special with coupon. There was no friendly greeting or feeling to make us feel welcome there. I gave them the coupon and my keys with absolutely no response as to how long it would take or have a seat/coffee, we'll call you when its ready...NOTHING...they said nothing. I waited outside and after a little while, it occurred to me I better check the tires were being rotated(AS STATED ON COUPON) When I back in, I asked the technician if he was rotating the tires. he looked at the work order and said "No" When I went back inside to inquire, they said "You have to tell us you want them rotated." The ad specifically stated Oil Change/Tire Rotation, so I assumed both would be done. I feel the overall unfriendliness and lack of customer service is unacceptable and I will not return to this particular location ever again. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

The Big 10 Tire Store has experienced mechanics on duty. The service is reliable, courteous, and they explain exactly what you car needs, how much that will cost, and what time frame to expect it done in. Minor jobs can be done within a lunch hour, and they are able to rotate your tires, and install new ones. They also have a variety of products available inside the store. The Tire Store is one stop shopping.

I have always received surprisingly prompt, courtious advice and service from these people, not only with tires but general maintenance problems, too. They have been unbelievably honest in advising me on issues even when they cannot perform the work.
