great personal service
I really like that they are locally owned. They do really try to keep you happy and will do things beyond what a chain operation will do. If you can't get in because they are busy you have to understand that they only have so many workers. You can't rush someone else's job to get to others because then yours will be rushed as well. I understand that and appreciate the personal care that I get every time i go there

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
I'm not an easy one to please and I really can't say I've EVER had better service than this store. The guys there take care of everything. Yeah, sometimes you have to wait because it is a BUSY store but some things are worth waiting for like peace of mind and knowing you're going to get what you need taken care of right the first time. I've referred a number of people and have only had positive feedback. Easy to deal with, honest, fair and with a smile; how could you ask for more?

A few words on customer service
Me and my fiancee called this place just recently to just have a look at one of her tires, because she might have suspected that the tire pressure was running low and they said they couldn't and were too busy. Automotive are serious business. What if, by chance you get a flat while driving down the road. I think it's something that big o'tires should think about before turning away their customers like that. I'ts not right and not the way to do a business. At this rate they'll end up like what happened to Yull Bros, an automotive business here in Reno closed because of bad customer service.
