INCOMPETENT, 11/03/2011

I took my vehicle into Big O to get it diagnosed because it wasn't running right. They said it had a bent valve. I didn't have the money to fix it at the time so I rented a U-haul and towed it back... to Phoenix were it sat until now. But when I picked it up I noticed that the interior lights weren't working. I just fixed the problem with the head which was NOT a bent valve but a dropped valve seat. After I fixed that I addressed the interior light problem. When it was in their shop (for what ever reason) someone took apart the OBD II connector, and a couple of the leads were touching causing the fuse to blow. So I called Mark who is the manager and his response was "Oh I don't think we would do that it must have been the tow company." Well jack a-- it was brought in on a U-haul trailer not a tow company and it was me that brought it in. Stay away from this hack shop. BB in Phoenix

Excellent workmanship - great value

I've taken my car in for regular maintenance here for 10 years - they are fair, don't sell you products or services you don't need, and if you purchase your tires here, they rotate for free, and repair for free for the life of the tires

Tires, Batteries, Brakes and Repairs

Some shops only sell tires. The better one, offer many different services. Sure Big O on E. Valley Parkway has tires, but they carry shocks, brakes,...
