Our neighbors highly recommended Patrick and Bigfoot Services. We were having multiple issues with our irrigation system. I called Patrick and he came out promptly and meticulously went through each zone and explained what needed to be done to fix the issues. He followed up with a detailed e-mail proposal which allowed us to choose exactly which repairs we wanted to do. Patrick's crew came on the day and time scheduled and completed the agreed upon work (replace valve, replace sprays, repair existing drip line, move rotators) neatly and in a timely manner. Everything is working perfectly! It was a pleasure doing business with Patrick/Bigfoot. We will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend!

Patrick was recommended by our neighbor. We have a 15 year old irrigation system and other than having a new zone installed, we have done little to it. Patrick came over to the house and inspected the entire system and turned in on for me. He provided a list of things that needed to be done (leaks), things that should be done ( pressure reduction valve and replacing some heads) and things that we may want to do in the future. We agreed upon a date and scope of repairs. His team showed up promptly at 7:30 AM on the date that was agreed upon, completed the work and showed me all of the changes. Having had irrigation companies either not show up, or show up and start telling you what else needs to be fixed for additional fees, it was refreshing to have Bigfoot, show up on time and perform per our agreement. I think I received a fair price for the level of work, parts and advice I received. I would recommend Bigfoot services without reservation.

No follow up, no return of calls (after install and payment), sub-par workmanship and materials. I would not recommend using this company. I might add that the owner, Patrick, stressed the importance of good reviews and customer follow up while trying to get hired. How ironic, if only the irrigation system worked as well as his tongue. I had an emergency irrigation repair late on Sat afternoon and Patrick fixed the issue at a good price. Bigfoot was responsive, courteous and thorough in the repair. I would definitely use them again!

I have used Patrick and Bigfoot Services for all my irrigation needs several years at my property. It is a rather complex residence with multiple buildings, over 50 irrigation zones, a pond fountain and well. He and his employees are prompt, professional and provide work of the highest caliber. His fee is always fair but it is his reliability I value most. Highly recommended, especially for estate-like properties.

Bigfoot Services did a great job with the repair of my irrigation system. They completed the repairs in a timely manner. I felt informed throughout the process. All work was completed to my satisfaction and every question I had was answered along the way. I would strongly recommend Bigfoot Services to anyone with irrigation needs. Prices were fair for the work done. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
