I hired Keith at Bigfoot a couple of years ago to deal with squirrels in the attic of my recently purchased house. Keith--who was then both the owner and the sole employee--provided a lifetime warranty on the exclusion work he did, saying, "If anything gets into your house, I want to know about it so I can fix it."

Last month, I heard scratching noises in the garage attic and immediately called Bigfoot. Keith was as good as his word: Bigfoot dealt with the source of the noise and did some additional exclusion work--all at no charge. As a bonus, Keith's employees called each time to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and did their work quickly.

Keith and his employees are dependable, knowledgeable, pleasant, and stand by their work. What more can you ask for in any business? I will recommend Bigfoot without reservation to my friends and family.

I contacted Bigfoot to take care of flying squirrels in my attic about a month ago. They were courteous, professional and did an outstanding job at a reasonable cost. But that's just the beginning. One week ago I had a copperhead snake in my basement and I called them. It was a Sunday afternoon, they gave me great advice over the phone and then they came right out, caught and removed that copperhead. They then sealup up the entry point in their typical courteous, professional manner at a very reasonable price. I have told all my neighbors about their excellent service. Its refreshing to see such capable, prompt, professional service providers do a great job at a reasonable cost. Bigfoot is a gem of a company. I give them my highest recommendation.

We got fired by another highly rated pest control company we found on Kudzu. Apparently their service hours are similar to those of the cable companies. They objected to coming to our home outside of their so-called business hours. Called BigFoot and Jayson came by in a timely and professional manner. He determined that the first company had set traps for grey squirrels, they left them behind, when in fact we had flying squirrels. Over the course of several weeks, Jayson methodically got rid of the tiny interlopers and has hopefully solved our problem. We were very pleased with their services and would recommend and use them again without reservation.

Decided to go with Keith as his knowledge on my problem (flying squirrels) and many other animals was nothing less than impressive.

I would trust his employees Donnie and Jason in my house as if they were family.

Most importantly, my situation was particularly tough and they made as many trips out as it took to eliminate all my flying squirrels.
