Brought a bent wheel in to be replaced. Was asked if i wanted old wheel and marked yes. I ordered a polished wheel and was told "i didn't see polished when i ordered it." I needed my bike this week so I gave the go ahead to mount unpolished. I go to pick up my wheel and no old one. "It's in the recycling bin." I was told and to come back later for it. I show up next day and no one could find it. The older man acted like it was my fault. Poor service at best.Last time for that shop!

this is the worst place to get a bike or to get your bike repaired, if you bmx like me, go to gordys. first thing about the bike den is they are all jerks, they dont respect you or your bike. and they try to act like they know every thing and you know nothing. i once went there to get my bike fixed, i had messed up my rim because i fell tring to do a flat 360. and when i went to the bike den, all they did was freak out and have a hissy fit, so i went to gordys, and gordys fixed it right up. so trust me, DONT GO TO THE BIKE DEN

I went in to have my wheelchair rims rebalanced and the spokes needed to be tightened. They serviced my chair quickly and provided information on hand bikes as well.
