I needed to have a mountain bike tuned, broken down for shipment and packaged to ship, bike was promised in two days and was ready with a smile... Buddy refused to charge me more for the box ($25 at UPS) saying it did not cost me so I'm not going to charge you. on time as promised and reasonable my 3rd good experience w/ them my LBS

I don't know if Buddy doesn't care about me in particular or he doesn't care about any of his customers. I wanted to support my LBS so I brought my shock there to be rebuilt. I waited about two months and finally got the fork back. Well, I figured that was a one time experience so when my frame needed some work I brought it to Buddy again. After about 3 months it was finally ready and I was finally finished. I'm sorry that he has earned to not have my business, but I have a different shop, about 15 miles away, that has earned my business. It's too bad, but there you have it.

We had the tires replaced on my 8 year old's bike. The labor was $30.00 for about 4 minutes of work. In general, overpriced and a bad attitude will keep us from returning to bikeways.

I just purchased my first bike from this shop, but have used the repair and parts services for years and years. They're a great group of guys who really want to get things right. They also support the local cycling community. I'd strongly recommend them.

A year ago I bought a bike from bikeways. The price was right and I haven't had any problems with it until last week. A wipeout trashed my front wheel and bent up my handlebar. I took it in for repairs and it was finished the next day for a lot less than I had expected. I would recommend anybody to Bikeways of Tucker!! MDawg

I have been going to Bikeways for almost 10 years. Buddy is the only mechanic I want servicing my road and mt. bikes. I have always had fantastic service and would recommend them to anyone.

I went to four bikeshops before purchasing a bike. I tried a couple of bikes at Bikeways (with no pressure) and even test rode. Service and price were great. Had bike tuned up while I waited in no time. Its a great local bikeshop.

I went in to puchase two tires. The shop guy gave me the tires when I got to the front of the line. Then he told the counterman that he needed to ring me up. I then waited 30 minutes while he talked to another customer. I asked if he would ring me up and I then waited another 20 minutes before I left without my tires.
