Can't rate work but customer service lacking
After reading all the positive reviews for Bill, I was really disappointed that my experience seemed so different. I should say first off that we never got to the point where he did any actual work for me because he promised me a bid for a "spring clean-up" of our yard almost two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten anything from him. I know he has my email address and phone number because he has used both to contact me. It's a real shame, because when he came out to take a look at the yard he was very personable and I was looking forward to the possibility of working with him.

We're very sorry that we were not able to help this person within the time frame that they felt reasonable. We try to respond to inquires about services within 24 hours, as we did in this case. This is a very busy time, with the new growing season, and we always give our existing customers priority, but always try to give new clients realistic feedback on waiting periods for scheduling work.
