I had a great service experience here, the bad reviews threw me off, but all went well. It looks like people had problem with their cars and decided to vent on here. After reservations from my previous visit I decided to make discriminatory markings on specific parts of my vehicle to ensure that services were actually being rendered. Upon completion of my full-circle inspection I was provided with a "report card" of services that were allegedly completed. I busted them lying about 3 tasks on the list that were not completed including not rotating my tires. I still don't know what maintenance was performed on my vehicle for the $95 service visit. I had to go to another Mazda deal to ensure that the oil was actually changed because Billco wouldn't/couldn't give me a straight answer as to whether or not it was completed properly or completed at all.
