Binswanger Glass Co

I've dealt with this company twice, for little things. Both times it was fast and cheap, with good advice. They seem to be very competent, decent business people. Recommended.

I bought a custom made coffee table in Ft Lauderdale. The table arrived at my home in Atlanta with a broken glass top. I took the table base in to Binswanger and asked for the glass to be replaced. I gave them the entire table base to work with. It cost $800.00 to replase the glass. When I had the table home I put the glass on. To my supprise the table fell over. The glass was not cut right and the table is lopsidded and unballanced. I don't think they placed the glass on the table while it was in their shop or they would have seen right away someting was wrong. The manager would not make it right. They would not re-cut the glass or offer a refund. I have a $3,000 coffee table with a $5.00 rubbermade container sitting under it to hold up the glass. I do NOT recommend this company.

I had issues with my car window and the dealership was going to charge me an arm & leg. Marty at Binswanger was willing to install the part if I brought it to him for just $10. Highly recommended!

Needed a rush repair on a refrigerator door with glass. It had plain glass in it and that what I wanted. On the phone I was told no problem so I took it to them .Upon arrival I was told they cannot use plain glass and glass needed to be ordered. was told 4 day and asked to be called upon completion. On day 5 I called and was told glass had just arrived but no one was there to fix and they would have next morning(sat). I arrived 1pm to pick up door only to find out they close at 12pm on Sat. Picked on Monday.
