A coworker of mine buys beef by the "SIDE" at Bishers. She has shared some bbq teriyaki tri-tip that was out of this world. It sounds like if you have the freezer size and a big family, buying beef by the side at Bishers is a very good value.

DON'T BUY MEAT ANYWHERE ELSE! Bisher's quality of cuts are top notch. The homemade sauusage & bratwurst are incomparable. And if you really want to indulge try the stuffed mushrooms or london broil, both stuffed with Bisher's own mix of cheese, onions and seasoning...mmm, mmm, mmm, superb!

When I just want a great steak to throw on the grill, I head to Bisher's. Just make sure you are willing to pay for this quality and service! Great cuts of excellent meats. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ask them to season it for you. Go straight to your grill from there. Open a beer and enjoy!

While pricing isn't the high point of this store, the quality is exceptional and the staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions to find the right cut for the occasion. Nice little meat market!

I always get a "Cowboy" steak and the stuff mushrooms. Grill it right and you'll be in heaven. The staff is super nice and will make recommendations. They also carry fresh turkey for holiday dinners.

These butchers know how to serve customers. They have a great selection and variety of meats, and they take care of customers the old fashioned way - one at a time until the customer says good-bye. Always willing to provide advice. Lots of seasoned and prepared meats ready for the grill. Great sausage. Butcher shops are a great change from the meat market at the grocery store. Try Bishers and enjoy.
