She was appointed to do a 90 day review of households in a divorce well over a year ago and has only investigated the mother. She had to be court ordered to submit a report and completely destroyed Father in her report even with a pile of interviews and evidence to the contrary on her desk.
She is demanding more and more money, and still has not done what the court has ordered her to do.
When she was confronted outside of court about her conduct she stated "I Hate Pro Se people, and will never side with them in court. I have no respect for someone who can't afford an attorney."
We made formal complaints and she threatened us with lawsuits and never seeing the kids again to shut us up.

I agree with the other reviewer that Ms. Bizub seems overwhelmed and untruthful. In my case she lied about my child's wishes, lost medical records and was very elitist and dismissive. Her "investigation" was shallow, barely scratched the surface of what was going on. If she has been assigned to your case, get another low fee CFI from CASA to ensure a better investigation. You ARE allowed two.

As a child investigator: Several attempts for appointments were made as she seemed hard to coordinate with and unable to accept mistakes on her part. In every scheduling conflict, she was certain to try and ensure the blame was not on her part, regardless if it was. She had difficulty accommodating change or seeing other viewpoints; she seemed unapproachable, somewhat elitist and dismissive. I should have interviewed her and had my ex interview her prior to see if we both accepted her as our child investigator prior to asking the court to assign her. I did not feel she produced the effort for the funds used. I feel that she said one thing in private, and reported something different to the court. I felt she was adverse to discussion and somewhat dictatorial. Overall my experience was average, as I thought she was overwhelmed much of the time with too large a workload.

Marlene was my parental evaluator five years ago and has continued to answer questions as odd items pop up here and there. She remembers my family and provides great insight into providing the best to my kids.
