Black Forest Service

Took in a used BMW for a presale inspection. Tommy and the rest of the crew were very professional. I wound up buying the car and having a bit of routine service work done on it during that same visit (they didn't even charge me for the inspection!). The following day the car sprung a serious coolant leak. I called Tommy, he sent a tow truck (at his cost!), fixed it the same day and only charged me for the faulty part. Service like that will keep me coming back and referring everyone I know with a BMW or Mercedes. Thanks guys!!!

my wife's 2002 745Li was basically given a death sentence (for our pockets) by a local dealershipbut Black Forest saved our lives and pockets. Unmatched professionalism, courteous staff, and just plain quality service all the way around! We will forever be grateful and always return for routine services and major repairs. SIMPLY AMAZING!

The auto service & customer service of the entire staff are impeccable. I would not take my vehicles to anyone else. I highly recommend them to others. Rick, Tommy, & Jeff are the BEST!

We moved from NY to GA last year and have tried (2) shops before we went to Black Forest. Rick is a top notch guy and Tommy and Jeff are A++ technician. They're the only ones I'll let touch my car. Their prices and services are the best.
