Black Knight Martial Arts

While there is a kids program available (quite good from what I here - though I have no personal knowledge of this), the forte of this school is in the instruction of adults, who are seriously interested in pursuing a martial art. Perhaps this focus is not unique, but it is fairly rare.

I have been studying at Black Knight on and off for over four years now. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the learning environment is top notch. As an older student I find while it is dificult to keep up with the younger student the environment is such that I can push myself and not exceed my limits. Great school.

I've been attending Black Knight for almost five years, after having previously studied Hapkido while in college. As a female, I wanted to study a martial art that was focused primarily on self defense (instead of sport). I found that in Hapkido, and specifically at BK, where I found the facility, the philosophy, and the instruction/instructors to be of the highest quality. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, the instructors truly respect the students for the hard work they put in, and strive to help them succeed. I’d highly recommend Black Knight to anyone looking for a true self defense martial art. Two thumbs waaay up!

I trained at Black Knight for over two years. I loved what I learned there--the style of Hapkido taught is top-notch. The reason I left is the attitude of the two most active instructors (one of which is the owner).

This is one of those rare gems hidden away from public view. The school is beautiful, the instructors are the real deal and all the students are happy and dedicated. The schedule of classes is very flexible too. It's a great way to learn a kick ass martial art and I love it!!!
