After struggling with thyroid problems for years, I decided to try going to a nutritionist. Blair was referred to me by my physician and she was also a member of my insurance plan. Blair has not only helped me lose weight (I've lost over 10 pounds in 4 months), she has been extremely accommodating to my schedule. She checks in with me between visits and is always a positive influence. Best of all, she helped tailor a meal plan that fits my lifestyle and dietary preferences. Blair has become not only my nutritionist, but also a trusted friend.

I cannot express how much Blair helped me change my eating habits! Not only is she helpful when you meet her in person, but she stays in contact between visits. I need constant motivation, so it is nice to see a random email pop up asking how I am doing and if I am meeting my goals. A++++!

I have been struggling with keeping a healthy diet for years. I work so much, that sometimes I'm too tired to cook or even eat! Blair Giles has helped me with my eating habits. She removed the junk out of my cabinets, and put wholesome foods like veggies, yogurts, fruits, and grains back into my diet. The best part of all, she actually cares, unlike others that I have been to. I thought she was going to make me cut out meats like pork and chicken, but she designed a plan that's quick and easy to cook, nutritious, and with food that I like to eat. I have much more energy and am less tired during the day. She certainly knows her stuff and is also very friendly! Thanks for getting me on track Blair!
