Dr. Blass and this office staff cannot seem to get it together. They have mailed files and test results to the wrong person (i.e. mine to other people without my authorization - just a mistake they assured me), they have consistently made me wait an average of 45 minutes per visit - I realize that dentists get busy and have emergencies but this is every time and I have waited for 2 hours on one occasion before they decided that they should probably reschedule me, they have billed me incorrectly, billed my insurance incorrectly and don't return phone calls to straighten out issues so that you can pay, rather they just continue to send threatening bills with incorrect billing information. When I had 2 cavities they filled one at a time and I had to come back in between and play the waiting game all over and pay for the office visit again because - well I have no idea why, the answer I got was that he "had other patients" so I would have to come back to get the next filling, that was after being there for over 2 hours that day. All in all I think I have given them enough chances but every single time I go there I am unhappy with how it is run. They aren't that busy so why the long waits I have no idea, my orthodontist who is MUCH more busy never makes me wait.

I sat in the dentist chair for 2.5 hours before the dentist came in and saw me. I returned a second time because I thought the first time was a fluke but I waited over an hour that time.

I'm not big into mixing politics and dental care. So, when Dr. Blass started asked who I'm voting for in the next election, I told him that I'm undecided, even though I generally vote Democrat. You just never want to upset the guy who's about to put sharp objects in your mouth. I guess my lack of party affiliation gave Dr. Blass a green light to tell me all about his right wing political views as he cranked up Sean Hannity on the radio. So, as he's cleaning my teeth, he's going on and on about how much he likes Bill O'Reilly and how Ann Coulter "really tells it like it is". You know, the dental cleaning itself wasn't half bad (thus I gave him 2 stars rather than 1). So, if you don't mind right wing rhetoric while you get your teeth cleaned, Dr. Blass might be the guy for you. Personally, I'm going to try to find a more bipartisan dentist.

Dr.Moore is just a great dentist. He is so friendly and takes good care of me. I love that he is personally involved in the teeth cleaning process and I see him for more than 5 minutes. Everyone is so friendly there!

I have been a patient of Dr. Blass for more than 10 years and have always received great service. He has always taken care to ensure that I was healing well and not experiencing any problems with the dental procedure. I have received calls at home to follow up. That attention is not often given to patients. They have moved to a better location and the facility is much nicer than the one he was in for many, many years.

Lovely hygenist for cleaning teeth. No pain or soreness the next day. Nice atmosphere, new office. Hi tech. Instant pictures of your teeth before and after using digital photography. Highly recommend.
