Bill claims experience but because my windows have tapered frames he couldn't make the blinds fit right. Not an indicator of experience. He talks a lot about his commitment to doing the job right, making the customer happy. It's just talk. He figured out how to make them fit right on a later job but never offered to make mine right. He still owes me 3 blinds and cutting and installing a trim piece. Once he screws up he screens calls and will not return calls on messages left for him. Based on my experience, avoid doing business with Bill Dye The Blind Broker.
