months ago i rented two movies. both of them were returned on time, and somehow only one of them is being shown as returned. they tell me that it will probably show up and it's probably just lost in the mix or someone has rented it without it being returned in the system. well, now i've been sent to collection for 30 dollars for one video. when i try to call and ask to pay the fee over the phone (because i'm now two hours away from this location) they tell me i can not and that i will have to come into their location. i explain to them that i can't do this at this time, and then i get, in the most amazingly ghetto voice ever, "well then. you gonna have to go to a closer location and pay them. they can transfer it to me and then it'll be okay. but you gotta do it in ten minutes, 'cos i'm 'bout to leave." this was the manager. well. thanks so much. i'm going to pay this ludicrous fee, and never use anything related to blockbuster, unless i'm unaware of it, ever again. the manager and assistant manager (who claimed to be the manager and wouldn't let me speak to the actual manager i explained that collections told me to pay the exact location) were snappy and rude to me. i may have been a little upset with them, but i wasn't rude. i simply explained the situation, and they gave me nothing but attitude. 11/02/09 3:45pm. whichever two lovely ladies were working this afternoon should learn customer service.

It is a nice store. We used to go there when they had special promotions. It is a little far away but we did not have much choice. Store is clean and organized. Clerks are relatively friendly.
