I know how to turn my computer on and off and I don't know much more beyond that. I stumbled upon Blue Help Desk while searching for computer repair. I was impressed with their positive reviews so I scheduled an appointment to have a house call. Lucian was on time, extremely professional, and courteous. He walked me through what he was doing and was very patient. Given my recent experience, I absolutely understand why their reviews are so positive. The raves are well-deserved. I would recommend Blue Help Desk to anyone without reservations. Also their rates are really, really reasonable.

There are only three words I can use to describe the service I received and that is AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! AWESOME!!! Actually, I forgot fantastic, brilliant, miracle workers. I had the mother of all problems, my computer wouldn't even boot-up and they managed not only to get it to re-boot but also took the time to make it run faster, which I hadn't even asked for. I cannot thank them enough for the best customer service EVER!!!

First, I want to say that I am not by any chance affiliated with these people. I want to express my gratitude because they've helped me a lot in diagnosing my Lenovo laptop, and was able to receive claim from my credit card's extended warranty. You won't be disappointed with their service.
