I go here sometimes for lunch. The portions and quality is excellent, but they are unwilling to substitute style of preparation on the lunch menu.

We went to Blue Marlin last Sunday and it wasn't bad, but didn't do anything to impress. The seasonings on the seafood tasted the same. Strangely, I like Red Lobster better despite the fact that it's a huge chain with little originality.
