I got my lingo fixed, 8/25/2010

Everyone told me get another ph one. These guys fixed it and I kept my numbers. I was able to find battery for it.

I went in to see about getting my broken screen replaced. They told me that they did not have the part in stock, but that they could order it. When they took my name and number down, all she did was... scribble it on a piece of paper (of which my first instinct was that she would lose it...but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt). A couple weeks went by and I decided to call them, since I had yet to receive a call. I was told that the part had not yet come in, but to call after the weekend as that was when their parts got delivered. When I called the next week, I was told the same thing. In all, I called 3 or 4 different times just to be told the same thing. Finally, after more than a month, the guy I spoke with told me he wouldn't buy the part because his vendor raised the prices on him. So, not only did I have to call THEM time and time again for over a month, he couldn't even order the part for me!! I was very dissappointed and from what I could tell, they are highly lacking customer service skills and professionalism. Wouldn't recommend using them.
