Open and honest....
George Alverez had a very in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the neighborhood that I now reside in. He was able to quickly narrow down what I wanted and needed. He was then able to beat the rate on the loan that I currently had with my friend who is a loan agent. I would definitely recommend him.
