I have found the team at bluewave to be outstanding. They have made some mistakes and they have corrected them but overall they are a 4.8. The price does not bother me because they get things fixed in a quarter of the time of others. When our network is down our phones and computers are down and that equals three national offices down. The worst problem we have had was caused by a Microsoft net framework upgrade in January that did not like our accounting software. The bluewave technician figured out the problem in about 5 minutes and rolled back the update and saved our day. Our next door corporate neighbors weren't as lucky and spend two days down until the software manufacture figured out what was wrong and how to fix it.

Blue Wave does a good job with small business computer support. They are methodical and systematic and can show exactly what they spend their time on. They are a little more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for.
