Reliable, quick service without the smile
I bring my Jeep Wrangler to the dealer maintenance department pretty infrequently. I've had the same service person for years, so that is nice. They keep the appointment and the car is ready when they say it will be. I usually just wait, typically just getting oil changes, minor maintenance, and tire rotation. It's more expensive than the oil change only places, but they keep my records so I go. The waiting room could use a serious upgrade though.

can't return a phone call on a bet
this is easily the most unresponsive repair place I have EVER taken my car to. they don't return calls; it took me 8 (yes, EIGHT) different people to find me the price of a part, and I still haven't gotten the phone call back regarding the installation cost. (no, one person cannot give you the cost of the part AND the cost of the installation; you have to talk to two people and add it up yourself.). when my car was in the shop for a week, I never got a call telling me what the problem was, and I left messages twice a day. \rthey do know Jeeps; they do warrantied service, but other than that, I'm finding another place.

bad repair dept.
They charge $90/hour to do simple work on a Dodge truck -- which would be OK if they fixed the problem and didn't create more. After quoting $23 over the phone as an estimated cost, it jumped to $250 for a simple part installation on the steering wheel. It was another $250 to glue back on the side-view mirror and reattach the wire after someone maliciously broke it off. After picking up the car I find that the turn signals now do not work obviously no one test drove it. Bottom line: find an independent repair service. Going to a dealer like this one is like giving them carte blanche to rip you off. ...

Perfect
Frank is the best salesperson around! No pushing, no hard selling, he just listens and gives you what you want. And the service department is top notch.
