BRV is the greatest!
I was gonna just buy a new vacuumbut boy I'm glad I came here! The woman I dealt with was professional and considerate all thru my dealings with her and my vacuum was fixed while I waited. Not to mention the price being VERY reasonable!

Rip Off
I am shocked at all of the positive feedback left for this company because my experience couldn't be any more opposite. They had my machine for a month and I had to call weekly to find out what was going on with it. They tried to make me pay $40 for a part that was covered by warranty. After involving Bissell and getting the part covered, they claim they had to do additional work (without my authorization)including replacing a belt (the machine is new and had been used only twice)and magically, the cost of this added work is $40. Seems to me they're just trying to get me to pay cash and since I didn't have to pay for the pump, they were going to get it out of me another way. Bissell finally just sent me a new machine so I wouldn't have to deal with Bob's anymore. I HIGHLY recommend finding another service center.

Bob's is the best!
Our vacuum cleaner quit picking up. My husband took it into Bob's and they fixed it while he was there! Very reasonable prices, too! We'll definitely be back!

best in town
I have used Bob's Roswell Vacuum on two occasions. The 1st time my husband had an attachment repaired at their store. It was done while he waited and was very reasonable. Today a repairman came because I had lost all suction. They recommended several things I could try over the phone to repair the central vac. When those suggestions didn't work we scheduled an appt for today. They were ON TIME and repaired the machine. I was also shown how to fix it myself in the future and save myself some $$. I highly recommend this business!!!!

I just moved to Atlanta, and got lucky in finding Bob's Roswell Vac on the net. Ellen came out, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would def. recommend using them!

My dyson is singing again!
My Dyson vacuum cleaner, once ready for the trash heap, is singing again. The folks over at Bob's Vacuum kept it for about a week and when I got it back it works like new. I couldn't be happier with their service! Their prices were reasonable as well. I am tickled pink!
