So Honest
I went in to leave the vacuum attachment of my central vac. "Bob"said it sounded like a clogged hose, take it home and try that first. Very nice.

BRV is the greatest!
I was gonna just buy a new vacuumbut boy I'm glad I came here! The woman I dealt with was professional and considerate all thru my dealings with her and my vacuum was fixed while I waited. Not to mention the price being VERY reasonable!

Rip Off
I am shocked at all of the positive feedback left for this company because my experience couldn't be any more opposite. They had my machine for a month and I had to call weekly to find out what was going on with it. They tried to make me pay $40 for a part that was covered by warranty. After involving Bissell and getting the part covered, they claim they had to do additional work (without my authorization)including replacing a belt (the machine is new and had been used only twice)and magically, the cost of this added work is $40. Seems to me they're just trying to get me to pay cash and since I didn't have to pay for the pump, they were going to get it out of me another way. Bissell finally just sent me a new machine so I wouldn't have to deal with Bob's anymore. I HIGHLY recommend finding another service center.
